Carpets usually take between 4-8 hours to dry, depending on ventilation and humidity but it is our goal to have them dry within 12 hours or the carpet is susceptible to mould and we don't want that do we!. While we achieve excellent results with most stains (including coffee, wine, pet stains, and ink), some deep-set or untreated stains may be permanent. The sooner we treat a stain, the better the results! We can remove pet odors and stains aswell, however if pet urine is left in a fabric for a long time it turns acidic and it can be incredibly difficult, so the sooner the better results!

The dry cleaning system is 85% as good as the wet cleaning method, the results are visible almost immediately. However it is advised by the product manufacturers for the best results to vaccuum what we have cleaned the next day.

We can move small furniture items (chairs, coffee tables), but we recommend removing larger items (sofas, beds, cabinets) beforehand if possible, or remove valuables from rooms and our technicians will communicate with you that sometimes its not worth the risk to move big cupboard units or beds as apart from dust which we will take care of the carpets should be as good as new under these areas.
